Nous sommes ravis d'accueillir Mila Henning au sein de l'équipe FIDBOX.
Après des études en gestion des investissements, comptabilité et économie à l'Université de Stellenbosch, Mila a d'abord exercé comme analyste de données financières avant de se spécialiser en tant que consultante en investissement et comptabilité. Basée à Durbanville, en Afrique du Sud, elle a rejoint FIDBOX en février 2026 où elle retrouve sa sœur Daniellé, déjà membre de l'équipe.
Entre deux clôtures, on la retrouve aux fourneaux, sur un parcours de golf ou à la plage, souvent accompagnée de Kodi, son golden retriever.

If you were a superheroine, what would your superpower be and how would you use it at work?
Super speed would be my choice. I’d use it to stay ahead of deadlines, juggle multiple responsibilities and get more done without compromising on the details.
It would be the perfect combination of efficiency and accuracy.
IF you had to host a dinner with three personalities (living or deceased), who would you invite and why?
I’ve always been fascinated by Princess Diana and the person she was beyond the public image. She seemed to have a rare warmth and ability to connect with people from completely different walks of life. I’d love the chance to hear her story from her own perspective and simply get to know the woman behind the icon.
The Devil Wears Prada is my all-time favourite movie, which automatically earns Meryl Streep a seat at my table. I’ve always admired not only her talent, but the longevity and variety of her career. I’d love to hear the stories behind some of her most memorable roles and what she has learned from portraying so many different people.
The final seat would go to Benjamin Graham, because we often look to the famous investors of today without thinking about the people who shaped the way they think. Graham was at the root of a major turning point in investing, and with my investment background, I’d find it fascinating to meet the person behind those ideas. I’d want to know how his mind worked, what shaped his approach, how he dealt with being wrong or uncertain, and what he would think of the financial world today. There’s something incredibly interesting to me about having a conversation with someone whose way of thinking went on to influence generations of investors.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received that’s made a lasting impression on your professional life?
A wise man once told me, “You can’t keep a good man down.” It wasn’t given to me as professional advice, but it’s something I’ve carried into my career. I believe a healthy, resilient mindset is the foundation for success. Work will challenge you; life will challenge you, and you’ll inevitably have setbacks — but if you can always get back up and keep going, there’s no reason you can’t succeed.
If your work were represented by a song or soundtrack, which one would you choose and why :
“Don’t Stop Me Now” by Queen: it reflects the energy and enthusiasm I bring to my work. I enjoy being busy, taking on new challenges and finding solutions when things get complicated. Once I get into the flow of something, I like to keep the momentum going, get things done and enjoy the process along the way.
Which fictional character (from a film, series, or book) do you think would make an excellent accountant, and why?
Monica Geller from Friends: her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and high standards would make her an excellent accountant. She is methodical, dependable and naturally inclined to bring structure to everything she does — all qualities that are essential when working with numbers and ensuring accuracy.
